Our Ministry

College students are being challenged, tested, and ultimately brought away from their faith and their walk with Christ. Our mission at the Christian Student Center is to show the light of Christ in the lives of students from all walks of life to help them see the truth. Since 1963, our ministry has worked to curb the increasing rate of apostasy, unbelief, and biblical illiteracy within young adults. Our events that we hold to increase our campus presence and membership as we spread the gospel are what make the CSC what it is today.

Our Work

We strive to ensure that the C.S.C. is a well-rounded ministry that carries out all kinds of efforts to glorify God and make His name known. From our classes that we have throughout the week, our C.S.C. meal that gives college students a free meal before our Wednesday night service, our tailgates at home football games to outreach to students at Louisiana Tech, and many more are just the start of the Christ-like culture we fervently try to build and maintain within the ministry. However, we can’t do it alone. With the support of your congregation, we can reach even more people who need to hear the Word of God as we carry out the Great Commission.
